Family-friendly hotel in a very nice area, the stuff where helpful. We did not want to leave and would have extended the stay.

The location was great and nice and I could use free parking onsite. Had tea and goodies at Omega Cafe, nestled 2 mi of the hotel. The room was clean and offered a microwave, a refrigerator, and tea/coffee making equipment. Garden view was a nice bonus...

There are reasonably spacious and fairly quiet rooms with fairly clean bathrooms. The hotel offers great location in the middle of jackson.

The family running the homestay was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They provided us with everything we needed during our stay. The location of the homestay was convenient, not too far from the downtown area but still in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Another advantage was the level of privacy and security offered. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

One negative aspect was the lack of live TV channels to watch. The TV only had access to YouTube channels, which was a bit disappointing.
